SO i bought about 120 dollars worth of stuff from airsoftgi.
It took them 5 days to process and ship my reasonably small and simple order. I finally get it and to my dismay half the things i order are WRONG.
I ordered a G&G midcap, got a CA mag..............
I ordered a G&G selector plate, got a G&G switch plate....................
I ordered a guarder SP130, got a SP120.....................
my god they got 3 things right on my order and 3 things wrong, not to mention it took them FOREVER to ship it out, EVIKE which i normally hate using but had to for a few things didnt get one thing wrong and it their stuff(from evike) arrived 3 days sooner and i ordered stuff from evike on 2 days later...................im pretty pissed as tomorrow was going to be my rip apart and tune my m14 day....now i might have to go to work or do something productive GAH

Odd, I've always had pretty good service with them. Although, they do seem to take an abnormally long time to process an order. Maybe they had a new guy filling your order?

I think airsoftgi burned all their guys out over the holiday. Working until midnight for weeks will do that. They have had a dramatic increase in the time it takes for them to process and ship an order. I have switched to using evike, even though it is annoying that they do not update their products for "out of stock" very quickly. Everything I have ordered from evike has been correct and at least a week faster than airsoftgi.

I ordered about 100 bucks worth of stuff at the beginning of December. It took quite a while, but the package finally got to me, it was short the bbs and the battery I ordered! Both of those things were backordered, got the bbs in mid January, but the battery NEVER arrived! I tried calling, but the line was always busy, and no replies to my emails. About the beginning of february I got through and cancelled the battery. I hear they are VERY busy over the holiday season.

just got off the phone with josh, i think thats the guy that does all the vids...anyways they are going to ship me the correct items asap/priority and told me to just keep the incorrect items as a consolation for any inconvienence. he joked saying maybe youll need them, i know i wont but i suppose free stuff is always nice. so maybe i jumped the gun about airsoftgi, but im pissed as yet another day goes by i cant finalize all the internals in my m14 :/

Just to add, ASGI kinda messed up my order as well... only on a Minor point. I ordered 3 bags of AE .25's and got 3 bags of TSD .25's. They are lucky I'm not THAT picky about my BB's, but it does piss me off a little...
Everything else in the order was fine though... hmmm
