This place sounds like it would be too small.  I'm glad some people are trying, but they didn't exactly do their homework on this

Most of us no, the fields we play on are all private property so we are allowed to use black or whatever color you want. Also I forgot two or three things

They will be keeping score electronically (not sure about airsoft)

They will most likely not allow your own guns. They said that they will purchase several airsoft guns if people rent it out and would like to use them.

None of this is 100 percent sure, just taking my dad's word for it.

I think FFC is just trying to find a new avenue to make money.  I imagine that place has been losing money for years.  I mean honestly who goes to the arcade or plays put put golf anymore?  They need to find a new way to make money with the building.  I can only assume the lazertag thing hasn't panned out because they are switching to paintless paintball.   When it comes to paintball vs airsoft for a business like this there is no competition.  You have to go with paintball and make your money selling ammutition and equipment rentals.  You don't have the lucrative option of selling outrageously priced "field BBs".  IF he gets this thing off the ground I think it will be purely entry level airsoft for kids.  Definately well below our level of play gentlemen.

Gunfather I am just curious how he is going to charge $20 for 200 rounds if he is starting up "paintless paintball"? Sounds to me like he is desperate to get a revenue stream in and he will try anything. I have no expectation that this will pan out to anything useable.

i talked to a couple of people that have used them paintless paintballs, if you dont keep high maintenance on your guns shooting them and they slip out of the fps range you want them at, they can easily break cheap paintball masks . but once again it seems pretty small for what we do

if anyone is interested missouri has a cqb close to rushville . It is an old missle base . we can always rent that out once in a while.its a drive but its a for sure thing

2-3 hours is a bit of a drive for some of us tongue.
But if its indoor why hoist a jeep up? It would be just as good with several rooms for CQB. It sound like a great idea. But theres a person who is oblivious to airsoft running the show.

I used to drive 2-3 hours to Phoenix every weekend from Prescott to airsoft while I was in college at Arizona.  If you have a car, and can afford the gas, it's worth the trip.

2-3 hours is a bit much.Back home on our feild we where building a cqb area out of pallets,it can be refined from there.Someone with a feild should look into it.

Yes I understand but i would of posted a better response to his comment but if you read his post he sounds rather annoying, jerkish, and stuck up. Just because I'm 13 doesent mean I don't have a opinion. It seems that gunfather is one of the adults who think that kids know nothing. As most of you know there have been players that are 13 and under, regardless of if they were on a ASN field or not. I just don't believe that we should be discriminated because of our age. I understand the liability for children but it seems like there are a lot of teens my age who would like to play airsoft and they really cant because of the rules. All I'm saying is that there are many teens my age who want to play and it seems that ASN is not taking the initiative to find a solution to make it easier for us younger people to play. I'm sure there is someone on this forum with a idea that could make it easier.

Be mature.  I'm 13 and I don't call adults, let alone a police officer, stuck up or annoying.

is that difficult at all. if it is either they do not want you to play out there or you shouldnt be playing
